maybe you can get charcoal or add pencil shading. combine the two mediums and i'm sure it would fantastic.

I can say only one word: amazing! :) I think the shading is very good especially for drawing with ballpoint pen and ink :)

Though the pencil sketch is more soft in that one details are more visible.
