This took me HOURS! done with ballpoint pen after i drew it in pencil. I drew this from a reference using that grid method - i thought id try it out. it worked really well for getting everything perfectly exactly in proportion and looking basically the same. I tryed to keep things as similar as possible and not changing too many things to suit me, like the eyes and the cheekbones. Heaps of effort in this one, i wanted it to be abit like 'arabian in ink' but softer in the ink, thats why i did it in ballpoint instead of the heavy ink. I enjoyed this one ^^ thanks for viewing

"Individual science fiction stories may seem as trivial as ever to the blinder critics and philosophers of today but the core of science fiction, its essence has become crucial to our salvation, if we are to be saved at all."
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
